Services

It is the belief of the founders that individuals living with cognitive deficits (including those surviving from traumatic brain injuries) need to live in an environment that is challenging and rewarding while helping them integrate into the community as independently as possible; addressing the environmental, emotional, mental, spiritual, and/or cognitive barriers that may otherwise prohibit them.

Two of our homes are licensed by MDH providing housing services and comprehensive home care, and 24-hour customized living to adults 18 years and older.

Two of our homes are licensed by DHS providing foster care, supported living services, respite care, and out-of-home services to adults 18 years and older.

Adult Foster Care

Individual waiver services that provide ongoing residential care and supportive services to adults living in a home licensed as corporate foster care or a community residential setting (CRS).

Supported Living

Services provided to a person who requires daily staff support for challenging behaviors, medical needs, physical needs, and/or life skills.

24 HOUR CUSTOMIZED LIVING

An individualized package of regularly scheduled, health-related and supportive services provided to a person 18 years or older who resides in a qualified, registered housing-with-services or assisted living establishment.
