Services provided to a person who requires daily staff support for challenging behaviors, medical needs, physical needs, and/or life skills.
24 Hour Customized Living Services
An individualized package of regularly scheduled, health-related and supportive services provided to a person 18 years or older who resides in a qualified, registered housing-with-services or assisted living establishment.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide a person-centered living experience to individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges, including those surviving from traumatic brain injury. It is the belief of the founders that individuals living with cognitive deficits need to live in an environment that is challenging and rewarding while helping them integrate into the community as independently as possible; addressing the environmental, emotional, mental, spiritual, and/or cognitive barriers that may otherwise prohibit them.
